PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Effective date: September 17, 2026
This Personal Use License applies to all digital products, downloadable files, guides, planners, worksheets, recipes, templates, ZIP files, and related materials purchased or downloaded from GUANIVA, operated by Rudy Rosales R., San Miguel, Santo Domingo, Heredia, Costa Rica.
LICENSE GRANT
Upon completing your purchase, GUANIVA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your purchase grants you permission to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the product, its content, design, trademarks, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights.
PERMITTED USE
You may:
• Download the purchased files to your personal devices.
• Save a reasonable number of backup copies for your own use.
• Print copies for your own personal and household use.
• Complete, annotate, or customize printable worksheets and planners for your own use.
• Use the materials as part of your personal wellness, meal-planning, organizational, or lifestyle activities.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Share, forward, upload, distribute, sublicense, transfer, gift, rent, or resell the files or their download links.
• Reproduce or distribute the materials in printed or digital form to other individuals, groups, organizations, clients, students, employees, or members.
• Use the materials for commercial services, coaching, consulting, training, workshops, memberships, courses, subscriptions, or client programs.
• Modify, translate, extract, copy, or adapt the materials for resale, redistribution, or the creation of competing or derivative products.
• Upload the materials to shared drives, public websites, social-media groups, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or document repositories.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, brand names, watermarks, licensing statements, or other ownership information.
• Use the content, images, text, structure, or files to train artificial-intelligence systems, build datasets, generate competing content, or support commercial automated services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital products and their contents remain the exclusive intellectual property of GUANIVA and/or their respective licensors. This includes text, layouts, designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, worksheets, recipes, methods, product names, and brand elements.
GUANIVA, RESETLY™, associated product names, logos, and visual elements may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or ownership without prior written permission.
HOUSEHOLD USE
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, the license covers only the individual purchaser and their immediate household. Each additional user, professional, business, organization, classroom, or client must obtain a separate license or written authorization from GUANIVA.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Download links are provided exclusively to the purchaser. You are responsible for protecting your account information and download links against unauthorized access or sharing.
If you believe that a link or file has been accessed without authorization, contact GUANIVA promptly at hello@guaniva.com.
LICENSE TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete or destroy all digital and printed copies in your possession or control.
GUANIVA reserves the right to disable download access when unauthorized distribution, resale, abuse, fraud, or another material license violation is reasonably suspected.
NO TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
No provision of this license transfers any copyright, trademark, ownership, resale, commercial-use, or redistribution rights to the purchaser.
